I kdy\u017e to posledn\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9, tedy z\u00e1le\u017eitosti t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se stravy, p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b i nesporn\u00e9 m\u00ednus. P\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1me se l\u00edbit nejenom okol\u00ed, ale i sami sob\u011b, objevuj\u00ed se komplikace souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s omezenou pohyblivost\u00ed, neschopnost\u00ed vej\u00edt se do sv\u00e9ho oble\u010den\u00ed a podobn\u011b, ba m\u00edv\u00e1me kv\u016fli tomu i zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. A v&nbsp;takov\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch se \u010dasto vrh\u00e1me na zoufal\u00e9 snahy o zhubnut\u00ed.Hubnut\u00edprost\u011b holduje aspo\u0148 n\u011bkdy v\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;n\u00e1s. Ov\u0161em rozhodn\u011b si p\u0159i tom nepo\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me tak, jak bychom si po\u010d\u00ednat m\u011bli. Zkr\u00e1tka se do toho vrh\u00e1me po hlav\u011b, pomalu z&nbsp;minuty na minutu p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1me j\u00edst a p\u0159et\u011b\u017eujeme se nezvykl\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm pohybu. A pak? Hubneme? Jist\u011b, mo\u017en\u00e1 se t\u00edm poda\u0159\u00ed n\u011bco m\u00e1lo shodit, jen\u017ee to jen za cenu od\u0159\u00edk\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se ned\u00e1 vydr\u017eet nejen v\u011b\u010dn\u011b, ale ani dost dlouho. A tak sice n\u011bco shod\u00edme, jen\u017ee pak polev\u00edme a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me znovu rychle p\u0159ib\u00fdvat na v\u00e1ze. A tak po\u0159\u00e1d dokole\u010dka.A tak sice chceme zhubnout, ale nehubneme.
