To ale jenom do chv\u00edle, ne\u017e jsme zase v&nbsp;po\u0159\u00e1dku a m\u016f\u017eeme za\u010d\u00edt znovu h\u0159e\u0161it.\u010c\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm si jenom my lid\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eeme sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed huntovat! Prost\u011b pop\u00edj\u00edme vodu, to ale ne tu b\u011b\u017enou, ale tu takzvanou ohnivou, kou\u0159\u00edme, nepravideln\u011b se stravujeme a konzumujeme p\u0159em\u00edru tuk\u016f a cukru na \u00fakor vitam\u00edn\u016f, m\u00e1lo se h\u00fdbeme a nejednou si neprosp\u00edv\u00e1me ani u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm drog \u010di zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00edry v\u0161elijak\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f, je\u017e by m\u011bly pom\u00e1hat, ale v\u0161eho moc \u0161kod\u00ed.A na vin\u011b tomu, \u017ee na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed str\u00e1d\u00e1, nejsme pochopiteln\u011b jenom my sami. Kolem n\u00e1s se vyskytuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ovatel\u016f \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, vzduch a voda nejsou u\u017e d\u00e1vno po str\u00e1nce kvality t\u00edm, \u010d\u00edm b\u00fdvaly, potraviny, kter\u00e9 konzumujeme, jsou pln\u00e9 chemie, hnojiv, post\u0159ik\u016f a kdo v\u00ed, \u010deho v\u0161eho je\u0161t\u011b.A a\u010dkoliv se m\u00e1me l\u00e9pe ne\u017e snad v\u0161echny p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generace, mo\u0159\u00edme se i stresem, kter\u00fd na\u0161emu zdravotn\u00edmu stavu rovn\u011b\u017e neprosp\u00edv\u00e1. Nervujeme se, po\u0159\u00e1d se za n\u011b\u010d\u00edm \u017eeneme.\u017dijeme prost\u011b nedokonale. A douf\u00e1me, \u017ee to snad na\u0161e srdce, pl\u00edce, j\u00e1tra, ledviny, \u017ealudek, mozek a dal\u0161\u00ed nepostradateln\u00e9 org\u00e1ny na\u0161eho t\u011bla vydr\u017e\u00ed. St\u00e1le se \u017eeneme za n\u011b\u010d\u00edm. A co si tak nakonec u\u017eeneme? Nejednou nam\u00edsto toho vytou\u017een\u00e9ho t\u0159eba infarkt.V\u00edme to v\u0161ichni. Ale d\u00e1me si \u0159\u00edci a n\u011bco na tom zm\u011bn\u00edme? Sotva. Proto\u017ee n\u00e1m n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot vyhovuje.
